Hurray!

I just finished reading the monthly newsletter from our HOA and I am so happy because they're finally dispatching a landscaping company to work on the vacant space next to our townhome unit. According to our HOA president, some Outdoor Water Features will be added, as well as flowers and shade trees. Well, I'm really glad that they decided to turn it into a mini park instead of a parking space as originally planned. The latter would have been bothersome because I won't be able to let my boy out alone anymore because cars will be pulling in and out any time of the day.
